Business Development Representative

OHO Interactive is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Somerville, MA.  You'll be a key member of our business development team and will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for challenging enterprise-level clients and projects.

Day-to-day, you’ll work use phone, email, social media, networking and referrals to generate new leads and nurture them into opportunities. You will work with the sales team and larger OHO team to qualify leads and shape client engagements.

Other things about you:

  • You have a natural curiosity and want to help people and organizations improve
  • You have at least a basic understanding of content management systems, experience with Drupal and/or Wordpress is a plus
  • You are comfortable discussing strategy, design, process, technology, and business with prospective clients
  • You are a great listener

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Lead our outbound lead generation activities via phone, email, etc.
  • Write and respond to RFIs/RFPs
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing and web technology
  • 1+ years relevant experience at a digital agency
  • A B.A. or B.S. degree
